Subsea Production Systems

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION (PSI)

With the emerging of increasing demands on the PSI under international sale contracts; upon which the buyer and or the end user can solely rely on the Inspection Release Certificate issued by our independent inspector who is an expert in his particular field. This is to satisfy the procured materials or equipment conforms to the purchase order requirements in all respects, so as to avoid dispute in the future.

Inter-Pacific Technical Services's (IPTS) inspection team performs detailed inspection of the goods before shipment where applicable. Generally, it is conducted at the vendor’s manufacturing facilities as the following:

1. RVerification of the purchase order requirements
2. Conformity to the specifications, drawings, and purchaser’s particular requirements if any.
3. Conformity to the testing requirements, ITP, and adequacy of quality records documentations.
4. Conformity to the Codes and Regulatory requirements where applicable.

SHOP EXPEDITING

Inter-Pacific Technical Services (IPTS) shop expediting program assists in obtaining an objective assessment of actual progress being made at customer supplier facilities and determine what need to be done to correct problematic situations. Our expeditor has extensive experience in EPC contract environment and has in-depth understanding on the gravity of procured equipment to be delivered in a timely manner.

1. Review status of customer purchase order
2. Review of details engineering status
3. Review of supplier ordering material status and promised delivery dates
4. Review fabrication status and highlight activities that have been delayed or likely to be delayed beyond completion date.
5. Perform delay analysis and advise customer on activities attributable to delay in the work schedule and determine when the original promised delivery date can occur
6. Advise customer when delay to completion has become apparent and areas of improvement
7. Ensure customer supplier has adequate all necessary resources and working in accordance with planned activities as detailed in their work schedule toward the overall completion date.

Tubular Products

Inter-Pacific Technical Services (IPTS) inspection service provides vendor surveillance and witness inspection at pertinent stage until shipment for the manufacturer of OCTG during fabrication, final assembly, testing and pre-shipment.

Coverage of Inspection:

1. Casing, tubing and drill pipe
2. Customer specifications and applicable API standards
3. Line Pipe, both seamless and welded seam
4. Visual and dimensional check of final assembly
5. Witness and review NDT test reports
